Fall League

Fall league will start Wednesday September 15, and will run every Wednesday at 5:30 at McCullough Park through the end of October. Registration for fall league will open soon -- we'll post to the website / Twitter / Facebook and send an email to the mailing list when registration opens.
To show our appreciation for your patience with the weather and BBQ issues over the course of summer league, we're going to offer free registration for fall league for anyone who was registered for summer league. Make sure that when you register you use the same email address you used for summer league, so that we can tell that you're the same person. For anyone who didn't play summer league, the cost for fall league registration will be $20, which includes insurance.

End-of-season Party

This Wednesday night's BBQ at the Elysium will also be our end-of-season party. We'll recognize the team that finishes first, hand out some individual awards, etc. We'll do the awards stuff a bit later than we have in previous years, around 10pm, so that everyone except for the four teams playing the 9:40 game can be there. (For those playing at 9:40, please plan to come to the Elysium when you're done.)

Scheduling

Our final game of the season is September 1, which means there are four weeks left in the season. Our plan at this point is to play a crossover game this week (where the top four teams in each tier play the bottom four in the tier above), then to start quarters / semis / finals in three tiers next week. Of course, given the way the weather has treated us this year, there's a good chance this could change, but this is the plan, anyway.
Teams around the bottom of tier 1 and the top of tier 2 might notice that we've massaged the rankings a bit -- there was a team in tier 1 that had a pretty rough first round and asked to have the opportunity to play in tier 3. In order to account for that, we had to move a few other teams around a bit.

Games On

There's a chance that we'll get some brief periods of rain tonight, but it shouldn't be enough to prevent us from playing. If it rains heavily and/or there's lightning, please suspend your game temporarily -- it should move away reasonably quickly, and you should be able to resume.

Summer Pickup

Summer pickup at St. Lawrence College south starts Friday May 21 and will continue every Monday and Friday at 6pm throughout the summer.
