-Skill Level (rank yourself on a scale of 1-10 with 1 having never played and 10 being an advanced player)

The cost of the league is $25 and is every Wednesday evening from 5:30pm-7pm at Caton Fields .

The Canadian Eastern University Ultimate Championships will be held in Kingston on the September 22/23 weekend. Anyone willing to help with billeting players please contact Jessica at 2012ceuuc@canadianultimate.com.

Ultimate Tournament
Ottawa - Sept. 15

We have unearthed the Spirit Ultimate Charity Tournament in Ottawa. It is a coed novice tournament on September 15th at the Ultimate Playing Fields in Manotick.
It's a 1 day tourney with a free BBQ and heaps of prizes for participants! Beer and beverages will also be available as well as a fun-zone for kids and many Ultimate related fun games (e.g. test your ultimate disc throwing speed with a radar). We are also offering a Learn-to-Play Division for anyone who isn't currently an ultimate player (sneakers are all you need). Participants in this division will learn the basics and then try out their new skills in modified tournament play from about 11am to 3pm.
All the tournament proceeds are going to Planned Parenthood Ottawa and the Chris Powell Bursary.

The last pick up game for summer is Friday, August 31 at 6pm at Caton fields.
After this pick up will shift to Sunday afternoon at 3pm at Caton field (starting September 9).

FALL LEAGUE

There is a fall league on Wednesday nights from 5:30pm-7pm starting Wednesday, September 5 and running to October 17. The league is a "Hat League" meaning you sign up as an individual and are randomly placed on a team. The cost is $25.
