Winter League 2014

I have an application in for space at an indoor dome. Hopefully we'll find out by early December if we are successful in getting the space. If so, the winter league will likely run from mid January to the end of March.
I will send an email to the mailing list and post something on this web site, FB and Twitter once I know for sure.

Westbrook is putting out the call for volunteers to help with putting up the fabric for their indoor dome. See below for a message from the folks at Westbrook and please contact them if you can help out.
We are very very excited to announce our dome erection dates. After all these years, the moment is here!! We need a lot of volunteers to make light work of moving the dome fabric into the right place on Saturday and Sunday and this is why I am reaching out to you.

There are three scheduled shifts; Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.,Saturday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free lunch and a commemorative t-shirt along with a unique experience awaits. The event is sponsored by Molson. We are looking for 50 volunteers per shift.

Help Still Needed
Regional Tournament July 12/13

Kingston Ultimate in partnership with ODSA and Tourism Kingston are hosting the Ontario Ultimate Championships, which is a qualifying tournament for the Canadian Ultimate Nationals. The tournament is being held in Kingston on July 12th and 13th, and teams that qualify will go on to play in the national tournament being held in Waterloo in mid August.
We are looking for volunteers to help with field set up and take down, score keeping, setting up and maintaining field provisions and a host of other things. If you are interested in helping out, or for more details, please use the Contact link to send me an email.
We are setting up volunteer schedules in 4 hour blocks so even if you are only available to help for one 4 hour block, the help is greatly appreciated.
