Volunteers Needed

We are running our annual Goosebowl tournament this Sat/Sun and would love to get some extra help. The biggest need is for help with the set up and/or take down each day, but we certainly would be happy to have someone help longer. If you are available please email joel@kingstonulti.ca.

We're currently at 11 teams registered for Goosebowl and looking to put together a Hat Team to make it an even dozen. Fall Indoor Co-ed 4v4 league

Registration for our Fall 4 v 4 Adult Co-ed League will run from Monday, Oct. 10 - Saturday, Oct. 22.
The league runs from Friday October 28, 2022 to Friday December 16, 2022, and the cost is $80.
All games are at the 1000 Island Sportsplex from 8-9:30pm. There will be two 40 minute games each night with a short break between games.
The league will be capped at 12 teams. If at capacity we will run 3 tiers of 4 teams with the ability to shift between tiers during the season. Each team will need a minimum of 8 players (4 men / 4 women) with a maximum of 12 players. All games will be played with an even 2:2 gender ratio.
You can register as a captain, or if your captain has already registered you can select your team during registration (you do have to be approved by the team captain).
If you don't have a team you can register as an individual and captains can recruit you. We will do our best to find everyone a team, but can’t guarantee this (we will refund anyone we can’t place on a team).

Rain Policy

When the weather is questionable please check the web site. I will post the official word by 4pm Wednesday to the web site, Facebook and Twitter. If you don't see a post by 4pm, then games are on as scheduled.
Please use common sense. If games are on and we get hit with a thunder storm, stop the game and use the Use the 30/30 rule: When lightning is observed, play stops and the time between the lightning and thunder is counted. When you count 30 seconds or fewer between lightning and thunder, leave the field and take the appropriate shelter IMMEDIATELY. Remain sheltered for 30 minutes after the last peal (or sound) of thunder.
Also, if the fields having standing water on them or are soggy and are likely to get damaged then stop the game.
