Summer Registration Opens Soon

Registration for our Summer Co-Ed League will open Tuesday, April 2 at noon. Registration will close April 26.
Registration for our Minis, Youth and Junior Rec Leagues will all open Saturday, April 6 at noon. Registration will close on April 21.
Registration for our Junior Competitive Open and Women's teams are already open. Sign into your league account to register.

Junior Competitive Open Team

We're looking to build on a great season last year and continue to develop high level junior ultimate in Kingston.
Sessions will take place Thursdays from 5:30-7pm on Caton's Field South from May 22 - August 1, 2024.
With a focus on learning more advanced offenses and defenses this group is expected to work harder while still having fun. The team will attend 2-3 single day tournaments within a 2 hour drive. The tentative tournaments are:
Kingston - June 8
Peterborough - June 22
Ottawa - July 27
Jerseys, field costs, and tournament fees are included in the registration fee. Families are responsible for travelling to the tournaments and any accommodations that they need. Athletes in this group should ideally have at least one season of high school ultimate or have played in one of our youth leagues before.
We encourage keen athletes to register for the the Junior League on Tuesdays as well.
For those not familiar, "Open" is a designation that ultimate uses to mean that any gender matching athlete may register for this program.
Age requirements:
You must turn 14 or older by Dec. 31, 2024 and must not be older than 18 on Dec. 31, 2024
To register:
Your parent/guardian will need to create an account at league.kingstonulti.ca and then add a profile for you. They will then see a link to register in their Dashboard.
If you are 18, then you can create a league account yourself.
If you already have a league account (or you parent/guardian does), you can log in and you will see the link to register.
Note: registration officially closes end of day May 22, but if you miss the deadline you can email joel@kingstonulti.ca

Junior Women's Competitive Team

Rain Policy

When the weather is questionable please check the web site. I will post the official word by 4pm Wednesday to the web site, Facebook and Twitter. If you don't see a post by 4pm, then games are on as scheduled.
Please use common sense. If games are on and we get hit with a thunder storm, stop the game and use the Use the 30/30 rule: When lightning is observed, play stops and the time between the lightning and thunder is counted. When you count 30 seconds or fewer between lightning and thunder, leave the field and take the appropriate shelter IMMEDIATELY. Remain sheltered for 30 minutes after the last peal (or sound) of thunder.
Also, if the fields having standing water on them or are soggy and are likely to get damaged then stop the game.
